• Acrylic sealant for firestopping linear gaps up to 30mm wide in plasterboard, masonry and cocnrete walls and floors.
• Creates a robust fire seal by forming a durable intumescent chard under fire exposure.
• Acoustic rated.
• Easy to apply and paintable.
• Use suitable backing material to ensure correct sealant depth.
• For joints with excessive movement use Protecta FR IPT.

Testing:

• FR ASF is extensively tested as a linear gap seal for construction joints.
• European Technical Assessment (ETA 13/1073).
• CE marked.
• Fire classification up to EI 120 (2 hour) depending on the installation.
