PL125 Cable Ladder Lengths - Pre-Galvanised

125mm deep heavy duty cable ladder system. Robust swaged construction with pre-galvanised 

finish ideally suited for indoor applications and commonly used in data centres. Manufactured 

in 3.0m lengths as standard and 6.0m lengths to order in a range of widths up to 900mm. 

Key benefits of the Speedway system are the special profiled side walls for extra strength and 

rigidity and the integrated couplers on all fittings for quicker installation with reduced fixings. 

Ladder rungs are strut channel profile for use with standard channel components and are 

spaced at 300mm intervals.

Pre-galvanised cable ladder is manufactured from zinc coated steel coil. This differs from 

galvanised cable ladder which is manufactured from uncoated steel and galvanised after 

manufacture (post-galvanised). Both are hot dip galvanising processes. Pre-galvanising has a 

thinner and smoother finish suited to indoor or lower corrosion environments. An advantage with 

pre-galvanised ladder is the absence of zinc flakes which can be present in holes and apertures 

with post-galvanised finishes. For this reason it is usually the preferred choice for data centres.
