Phenblox & Sikla Pipe Clamps

• Load bearing phenolic foam insulation pipe support with heavy duty Sikla pipe clamps.
• These are an ideal combination for effectively and safely supporting larger pipe sizes. 
• Used for supporting insulated pipework to prevent heat gain or loss through the pipe supports and condensation and corrosion issues when supporting chilled water pipes.
• Provide phenolic insulation, is of a load-bearing density and has a metal spreader plate on the lower half for additional support.
• CFC free closed-cell foam with a foil vapour barrier and self-adhesive sealing strip.

• Material: CFC/HCFC-free closed cell phenolic foam

• Material Density: < 111mm OD pipe = 60 kg/m³; 111 to 169mm OD pipe = 80 kg/m³; >170 mm OD pipe = 120 kg/m³

• Thermal Conductivity: (at 10°C for cylindrical test specimen) 60kg/m³ = 0.030 W/(m-K); 80 & 120kg/m³ = 0.037 W/(m-K) Values for other temperatures are provided in the relevant Declaration of Performance

• Pipework Operating Temperature: -50°C to +110°C

• Length of Supports: < 168mm OD Pipe = 90mm; ≥ 168mm OD Pipe = 125mm

• Metal Spreader Plate: on one half of Phenblox on pipe diameters ≥54mm
