MIDFIX Qwikclamp – Lined

Qwikclamps are two-piece electro zinc plated steel pipe clamps with a ribbed profiling for optimal strength. They have welded bosses with M8/M10 dual-tapped threads throughout the range and hexagon combi-drive screws for easy tightening. Lined Qwikclamps have a durable EPDM rubber lining to isolate the clip from the pipework. The comprehensive range covers all pipe diameters from 9mm to 400mm.

Qwikclamps are designed for supporting medium load pipework in building services installations. Lined clamps are used with a wide range of uninsulated pipes including copper, steel, carbon steel and multi-layer pipes. The EPDM rubber lining isolates the clamp from the pipe for noise reduction and prevents contact between steel clamps and copper pipes. Qwikclamps are recommended for internal use and tested for supporting static pipe loads in tension.
