Conlok® Galvanised Terminal Box

Galvanised Terminal Boxes manufactured in Malleable Iron with a hot dipped galvanised finish.

Unthreaded for use with standard galvanised conduit tube. Unique grub screw locking - no need to thread the conduit.

Features:

• 20mm & 25mm Malleable Conlok® Terminal Conduit Box options.
• Conforms to BS EN61386-21:2004
• Simply use M4 grub screws (supplied).
• Fully tested with the latest industrial standards.

Benefits:

• All Conlok products are IP30 (Ingress protection) rated - meeting the same rating as traditional conduit systems
• Tensile force of 100N and 500N (heavy & medium grade) was applied for 2 minutes, the samples remained properly assembled to the conduit.
• Suspended load test: when a load of 450N was applied for 48 hours, the samples passed due to there being no cracks nor deformation to the conduit.
• There is no need for threading machines & associated electrical equipment (transformer/leads)
• No need for threading oil
• No metal filings (from threading) to clear up/dispose of.
