MX Qwikstuds Assembly

Product Description

Combined channel nut and threaded stud assembled with a lipped channel plate and two nuts. Supplied in three stud lengths. Channel nut fitted with a top spring which facilitates a push and turn action and retains the Qwikstud in position prior to tightening. Threaded studs have flange heads and a tapered press fit into the channel nut for a fail-safe connection. A component of the MX channel system identifiable by the MIDFIX stamp. Load rated with MX channel profiles.

Applications

Commonly used for connecting pipe clamps to channel sections. Second nut allows for locking-off the pipe clamp. One piece design gives significant time savings over using individual components and good load capabilities.
