Pipe Infrastructure Support at AD Facility

This anaerobic digestion (AD) facility located in Shropshire treats up to 50,000 tonnes of food wastes and agricultural waste per annum. The biogas produced is used to generate electricity and then provided to the National Gas Grid for domestic energy use.

We were commissioned by Watermark Systems to aid in designing a pipework support system to replace the traditional galvanised structural steel support structure. We then manufactured the pipe racks to support the entire pipe infrastructure running between the various tanks. The pipe racks were designed, manufactured in our workshop in a very short lead time then delivered to site for installation. The installation is fully CE compliant and supported by a Declaration of Performance.
